Gamery Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Gamery, trading online at www.gamery.com.au and on Instagram at @GameryAustralia.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway opens from the time the giveaway post is published on Instagram and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 29/05/2026.

The winner will be drawn on 30/05/2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only.

Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Gamery are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the promotion period:

1. Follow @GameryAustralia on Instagram
2. Share the giveaway post
3. Tag 2 friends in the comments of the giveaway post

No purchase is required to enter.

Entrants must ensure their entry is genuine and not generated by bots, fake accounts, spam accounts, or automated methods. Gamery reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that appear to be fraudulent, incomplete, abusive, or not in the spirit of the giveaway.

5. Prize

The prize is one Exclusive Charizard Box giveaway item, as shown or described in the giveaway post.

Prize value: approximately $130AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Gamery’s reasonable control, Gamery may substitute the prize with another item of similar type and equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on 30/05/2026.

Each eligible entrant will have a fair and equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM from the official @GameryAustralia Instagram account.

Gamery will never ask the winner for payment, banking details, credit card details, or login details to claim the prize.

The winner may be required to confirm their name, postal address, and eligibility so the prize can be delivered.

8. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not provide the required delivery details, Gamery reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries.

Gamery will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner before any redraw occurs.

9. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner within one month of the winner being confirmed and providing all required delivery details.

Delivery is available within Australia only.

Gamery is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect delivery details provided by the winner, or events outside Gamery’s reasonable control.

10. Publication of Winner

Gamery may announce the winner’s Instagram username on the @GameryAustralia Instagram page, story, or giveaway post for transparency.

By entering, entrants agree that their Instagram username may be used for the purpose of announcing the winner.

11. General Conditions

Gamery reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms, or acts in a way that is inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Gamery’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Gamery reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability in connection with this giveaway.

13. Brand Disclaimer

This giveaway is run by Gamery. Unless stated otherwise, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or any other third-party brand owner.

All trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected from the winner will only be used for the purpose of verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

Gamery will not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required to administer the giveaway, deliver the prize, or comply with legal obligations.
