Gamery Australia ships within Australia (and internationally where available at checkout). Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.
1) Processing Times

Order processing: Typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods (product launches, sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
2) Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping rates and available services are shown at checkout and vary based on:

The shipping method selected (e.g., Standard, Express)
3) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by carriers and are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

4) Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
5) Packaging Standards
We take packaging seriously—especially for collectibles. Orders are packed to protect against typical transit handling. However, some minor cosmetic wear to outer packaging can occur during shipping.
6) Damaged Parcels / Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible.
If your order arrives:

email us at admin@gamery.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the parcel (including shipping label)

Clear photos of the damage/items
We’ll assess the issue and work with you on a suitable outcome (replacement, refund, or other remedy where appropriate).
7) Sealed Products (Important)
For sealed products (ETBs, booster boxes, tins, UPCs, etc.):

We cannot guarantee “perfect” shrink wrap or factory packaging (minor seal seams or manufacturing variance can occur).

We do not guarantee pull rates or contents inside sealed products.
If you believe a sealed item has been compromised in transit, contact us immediately with photos before opening.
8) Lost / Missing Deliveries
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t locate it:

Check your mailbox/parcel location and with neighbours/building reception first.

Email us at admin@gamery.com.au and we’ll assist you with next steps, including carrier enquiries where possible.
9) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
10) International Shipping (If Available)
If international shipping is enabled at checkout:

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
